• Are the apartments at THE SHORE for sale or for rent?

  

  THE SHORE offers exclusively high-quality condominiums for sale. The developer does not let any of the apartments.

• Can international buyers purchase an apartment?

  

  Yes, international buyers can in principle purchase a condominium at THE SHORE. Depending on your nationality and personal circumstances, additional official approvals or documents may be required. Our sales team will gladly walk you through the necessary steps.

• Can the purchase be financed?

  

  Yes. An apartment at THE SHORE can generally be financed through a bank. The actual assessment and loan approval are handled by your own bank or an independent financing partner. We are happy to provide all the property documents you need.

• How far is THE SHORE from Vienna’s city centre?

  

  The city centre is around 15 minutes away by car. At the same time you live right on the Danube, in a quiet setting close to nature with plenty of room for recreation.

• How is THE SHORE connected to public transport?

  

  Regional bus line 400 stops right next to the project. Four stops take you to the Heiligenstadt transport hub, with connections to the U4 underground line and further bus and rail services.

• Are there shops nearby?

  

  Yes. Shops and everyday amenities are only minutes from THE SHORE: about two minutes by car, five by bike or around 15 on foot.

• Is the project protected against flooding?

  

  Yes. THE SHORE was planned and built in line with the applicable flood protection requirements. Its raised position and structural protection measures provide a high level of safety.

• Are garage parking spaces and boat moorings available?

  

  Yes. The project includes garage parking spaces in its own underground car park. Boat moorings at THE SHORE can also be purchased or used, subject to current availability. Our sales team can tell you more about prices and availability.

• Which communal and wellness areas are available to owners?

  

  Owners at THE SHORE have exclusive communal and wellness areas at their disposal. These include indoor and outdoor fitness areas, a sauna, a steam bath, a yoga and movement room and an event space.
